Eric I. Kutinsky 

Mr. Kutinsky is a principal partner in the firm and focuses his practice on Criminal Law.  Mr. Kutinsky heads up the criminal division for the team. He has devoted his entire career, over 15 years, to defending people's personal freedoms and constitutional rights.

Upon receiving his Juris Doctorate from Thomas Cooley School of Law, Mr. Kutinsky served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Wendy Potts at the Sixth Circuit Court in Oakland County, Michigan.
